1 day easy Wellness
San Pedro (wachuma) Ceremony

Full-day traditional San Pedro cactus ceremony for spiritual cleansing and insight. Held in a serene outdoor setting near Cusco (e.g., a retreat center or nature spot), led by an experienced Andean shaman. In the morning, participants drink the bitter San Pedro (Wachuma) brew and then spend the day in meditation, gentle movement, or guided activities as the plant medicine induces a deep introspective and heart-opening state. The shaman provides a safe space with ceremonies (like offering to Pachamama) and music to aid in the healing journey. A light lunch or fruit is offered in the afternoon once effects taper. The ceremony ends by late afternoon with a sharing circle. This is a powerful, personal experience aimed at emotional healing and connection with nature and the spiritual world.
